Giles Davidson appointed Scotland Men’s National Team coach

Oxford City Lacrosse mens coach becomes Scotland assistant coach

Congratulations to our Head of Lacrosse and Men’s coach, Giles Davidson, who has been appointed an assistant coach to the Scotland Men’s National Team for the 2021 European Men’s Championships in Wroclaw, Poland.

Giles is an amazing coach and this follows on from his appearances in the Scotland Men’s National Team as a player at the 2006 World Championships, and both the 2004 and 2008 European Championships. He had an extremely successful club playing career at Hampstead LC as a long pole defender, winning 3 Senior Flags (knockout), and 2 SEMLA Premiership titles. He still plays for us too on occasion to guide our younger players in the art of the game.

We wish you all the best!!
